Fees
I charge $125.00 a month for folks earning more than 7.5 hours of clinical work a week. For the part-timers (those earning less than 7.5 hours of clinical work a week) the fee is $62.50 a month. Supervisees make one single payment a month (check, cash, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal). Your first and last month of supervision is prorated, otherwise, partial payments are not accepted. The fee provides folks weekly access to any one of the groups and everyone is free each week to pick between Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday. As you will note in the contract, I only work with supervisees that are (or agree to become) members of their state and national professional associations.
Contract
Over the years, I have seen far too many examples of things going terribly wrong for other supervisors and supervisees because they lacked a detailed contract, a running log, and routinely scheduled performance evaluations (all outlined in my contract). No log and no contract equate to no proof that you attended supervision. What if the supervisor dies before they sign off on the verification form? What if the supervisor decides that the supervisee is not capable and waits two years before addressing the issue with the supervisee? The solution is a detailed contract and up to date logs.
